The Ritual

1. Add generously to warm bathwater. Watch the chamomile flowers bloom in the heat.
2. Soak for 20–30 minutes. Let the minerals absorb and the flower calm.
3. No need to rinse — the minerals should stay on the skin.
4. Pat dry gently and apply a light oil. The skin will feel different immediately.
